Scooby-Dooniverse: Who’s Who, Scooby-Doo?

A few weeks back, I introduced you to what I’m referring to the Scooby-Dooniverse — a vast shared universe of cartoon characters, whose spine is built largely on the adventures of Scooby-Doo and Mystery Incorporated from over the years. This week, let’s look at some of the many, many series and characters that are a part of this shared universe.
The following cartoon series and characters are all those which I have been able to link to date in the Scooby-Dooniverse! All have crossed-over or cameo’d within another cartoon, series, or movie, and thus they all share the same cartoon universe, centered around reluctant hero, Scooby-Doo.
Bold-face titles are series which have hosted a large number of cameos and guest-stars. (For schnitzel-giggles and bragging rights, I’ll number them.)
I have not included celebrity/real-world appearances, such as The Three Stooges or Steven Spielberg. Also not included: TV shows such as Supernatural, films which have some animation such as Mary Poppins, and video games. (CGI, Flash, and any other type of computer animation are listed below IF they are linear and passive, not interactive.) These all will be covered in another listing at a later date.
This list is not definitive. There are many more series to research (Filmation! DePatie-Freleng! Dreamworks!), and always new cartoons to watch!
If you’re interested to see how specifically all of these series and characters are linked, I refer you back to the chart of the Scooby-Dooniverse I shared last time. If you notice a link I’ve missed below, feel free to share in the comments, especially with a link!
