Check them out!Boss Baby – A suit-wearing, briefcase-carrying baby pairs up with his 7-year old brother to stop the dastardly plot of the CEO of Puppy Co. I think adults might even like this one more than the kids!Emoji Movie – Gene, a multi-expressional emoji, sets out on a journey to become a normal emoji. Adults and kids can enjoy the humor in this.Bee Movie – Barry B. Benson, a bee just graduated from college, is disillusioned at his lone career choice: making honey. On a special trip outside the hive, Barry’s life is saved by Vanessa, a florist in New York City. As their relationship blossoms, he discovers humans actually eat honey, and subsequently decides to sue them.Storks – Storks moved on from delivering babies to packages until an order for a baby appears. The best delivery stork scrambles to fix the error. The family-centered message in this one makes this movie one of our all-time favorites!Angry Birds 1 & 2 – When an island populated by happy, flightless birds is visited by mysterious green piggies, it’s up to three unlikely outcasts – Red, Chuck, and Bomb – to figure out what the pigs are up to.Ferdinand – After Ferdinand, a bull with a big heart, is mistaken for a dangerous beast, he is captured and torn from his home. Determined to return to his family, he rallies a misfit team on the ultimate adventure. We love the lesson this one teaches.Ice Age – Set during the Ice Age, a saber-tooth tiger, a sloth, and a woolly mammoth find a lost human infant. They try to return him to his tribe.Small Foot – A Yeti tries to convince others that the elusive creatures known as “humans” really do exist.Incredibles 1 & 2 – A family of undercover superheroes is forced into action to save the world.Mary Poppins Returns – A few decades after her initial visit, Mary Poppins, the magical nanny, returns to help the Banks siblings and Michael’s (Ben Whishaw’s) children through a difficult time in their lives. The music in this one is amazing, and the morals are so good!Harry Potter Series – Rescued from the outrageous neglect of his aunt and uncle, a young boy with a great destiny proves his worth while attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. You could make a whole marathon of summer movies with these! The Peanuts Movie – Snoopy embarks upon his greatest mission as he and his team take to the skies to pursue their arch-nemesis, while his best pal Charlie Brown begins his own epic quest back home to win the love of his life.Shrek – After his swamp is filled with magical creatures, an ogre agrees to rescue a princess for a villainous lord in order to get his land back. This one has a lot of (clean) adult humor in it that I didn’t notice as a kid. Diary of a Wimpy Kid – The adventures of a teenager who is in Middle School, where he has to learn the consequences and responsibility to survive the year.Alexander and the Terrible No Good Very Bad Day – Alexander’s day begins with gum stuck in his hair, followed by more calamities. However, he finds little sympathy from his family. They also find themselves living through their own terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day.Freaky Friday – An overworked mother and her daughter do not get along. The switch forces them to adapt to the other’s life for one freaky Friday. This is such a fun one to watch as a family! Lemony Snicket’s: A Series of Unfortunate Events – A thrilling misadventure involving three ingenious orphans and a villainous actor named Count Olaf who wants their enormous fortune. One of my family’s favorite shows!The BFG – A young orphan girl, Sophie, gets taken away to a faraway land populated by giants and dreams.The Book of Life – Manolo is a young man who is torn between fulfilling the expectations of his family and following his heart. He embarks on an adventure that spans three fantastic worlds where he must face his greatest fears.The Parent Trap (1998 version) – Identical twins Annie and Hallie, separated at birth and each raised by one of their biological parents, later discover each other for the first time at summer camp and make a plan to bring their wayward parents back together.Dora and the Lost City of Gold – Dora, a teenage explorer, leads her friends on an adventure to save her parents and solve the mystery behind a lost city of gold.Anything Disney – Some of our favorites are Wreck-It Ralph, Ralph Breaks the Internet, Coco, Moana, Zootopia, Up, Ratatouille, and more!Best Summer Movies of All Time (The Classics!)When it comes to watching summer movies, the classic ones are my favorite. These movies have stood the test of time. They were my go-to summer movies when I was a kid, and they are still fun for kids today! This is our list of what we consider the best summer movies of all time. There is a reason these films are still popular today, so you will undoubtedly love them!The Sandlot – Who doesn’t love this one? A new kid in town finds a friend in a young baseball prodigy. They get themselves into many adventures involving rival teams, lifeguards, and a vicious dog.The Little Rascals – Alfalfa is wooing Darla. She embarks on a quest to see the Wizard. She hopes he can help her return home.The Goonies – This might be THE best summer movie of all time! To save their home from foreclosure, a group of misfits set out to find a pirate’s ancient treasure.Babe – Babe, a pig raised by sheepdogs, learns to herd sheep with a little help from Farmer Hoggett.Matilda – The story of a wonderful little girl. She happens to be a genius. It is so inspiring! Back to the Future – Some movies will never grow old! Back to the Future is a classic film that is still popular today! A young man accidentally goes back thirty years into the past in a time-traveling DeLoreanBig– After wishing to be made big, a teenage boy wakes the next morning to find himself mysteriously in the body of an adult. This one is such fun for adults and kids too!Enchanted – A princess, who is prepared to be wed, is sent away to New York by an evil queen, where she falls in love with a lawyer.That Thing You Do! – A local Pennsylvania band scores a one-hit-wonder in 1964. They ride the star-making machinery as long as they can, with lots of help from its manager.Flubber – An absent-minded professor discovers “flubber,” a rubber-like super-bouncy substance.Did we miss any?
