LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — UPDATE 9 P.M.: Investigators are using cameras from multiple angles to figure out the moments before a crash that claimed 3 lives, including a child, and a dog Thursday.The Nevada Highway Patrol says the crash was captured by cameras at Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department headquarters, as well as the World Market Center, located just feet away from the crash scene.A traffic camera located near Interstate 15 and Alta Drive also shows a white sedan passing a white truck towing an orange off-road vehicle.Seconds later, both would be involved in the violent crash, according to authorities.”When we were finally able to get the vehicles apart and over the wall to continue our investigation, our fatal team did locate three individuals in the sedan,” said Trooper Jason Buratczuk with Nevada Highway Patrol.”Two appear adult age and one child and we also found a deceased dog in the car,” said Bu
